A letter to a Palestinian Resistant
To,
The Symbol of Resilience,
A Palestinian Resistant,
Have you ever wondered, Abdallah, who sets the community guidelines in modern world and who decides the legitimacy of actions? I mean who decides that the violations done by an army official for the illegal usurpation of territories are milder than those done to retaliate. I have been wondering ever since the brutality escalated at your place. Meanwhile one thing is crystal clear that whoever is curbing the community guidelines is a mass murderer with no conscience and humanity.
I am doing fine here. I pray for your well-being too. Is it true that Israeli Occupational Forces had barged into Al-Aqsa compound recently and wounded more than 200 worshipers using stun grenades, rubber coated bullets and sound bombs? I am verifying this because I have got to know from some twitteratis and Instagrammars like Mohammed elKurd, Obaddar and Mariam Barghouti. You know when I watch the live videos of these famous handles nowadays it looks like the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians is being carried out in their own homeland. On the other hand, when I follow the updates of international media it seems more of a riot or conflict or a clash incited by the worshipers inside the premises of the mosque. Like the stones pelted by the Palestinians prompted the IOF to attack unarmed civilians. But logically grenade throwers are more violent than the stone pelters at the end of the day.
I have also got to know about various airstrikes launched by Israel on Gaza Strip which left dozens killed and hundreds wounded. I want you to know how much we are in pain watching the debris of the devastated regions and witnessing our brethren butchered by the brutal occupational forces. 9 children and 65 adults have been killed so far but no condemnation from sheikhdoms has been noticed. Maybe they are all dead. Tehran, Cairo, Washington, Geneva, Ankara have condemned the war-crimes and apartheid of the cursed nation (Israel) but it’s of no avail. The brutal show is still going on.
Meanwhile we are also receiving the updates of ethnic cleansing in Sheikh Jarrah being continued. Zionists are attacking the local residents with the help of army officials. Protests and demonstrations have been held in different regions which fortunately stopped the planned flag march of 25 thousand right-wing Israelis. By the will of Allah, it ended.
All of this is happening but we are not hopeless. We know that they plan and then Allah Plans and He is the best of all Planners. People asked me to stop raising the concern. Those are the people working for Islamic organizations willing for the spiritual betterment of Muslims but they don’t know how dangerous their silence is. You know, I recently read a short story ‘Land of Sad Oranges’ by a Palestinian writer and political activist Ghassan Kanafani. The story revolves around the struggles faced by the refugees who were forcibly expelled from their homes during Nakba in 1948. The writer at one place mentioned how he and one of his uncles left the faith in God despite having belonged to a religious family. The trials Abdallah! The trials compelled them to shift beliefs. Although the trials made Ibraheem (Peace and blessings on him) a best friend of Allah.
Why then do Islamic countries and organizations working for the spiritual betterment not raise concerns about those who are being persecuted? I am afraid many have already lost their faith. Many have already lost hope.
